Ramblings of a lost soul

Why are we here? If happiness is the goal, then where is it? We run for things which we think will land us happiness, satisfaction, but do they really give us what we think they would? Not really. It is just a pursuit which never ends. The chase is for something at one time and something else at some other time. But where is happiness? The answer lies within...it's in us, in the simplest of things which we always have and we leave thinking it is somewhere else.
Someday i will have everything that i dreamt of, but by then, the dreams would have changed and i would feel like a child lost at the station...all alone amidst the heartless world.
